COVERCOATS:

Liquids
(L-24, L-25, L-100, L-251, H-101, ...)
A range of solvent based, water slide covercoats suitable for screen-printing over stamped design in the manufacture of decals. Characterized by elasticity and viscosity, all products offer excellent burn out properties over both conventional and faster firing cycles. They produce a flexible, transparent film, without any type of superficial faults. As for the dried one, if it (he) is spontaneous native evaporates to 20ºC, dries to the powder in 30-45 minutes, with the dried end of 10 hours.
Thixotropic
(L-105T, L-265, L-226T, ...)
Of general use in the manufacture of transfers by means of the screen-printing or offset, for the decoration of porcelain, tiles, glass, enamel, etc. It produces an elastic film, stable and resistant to the breaks, without any type of superficial fault. Its thixotropy prevents that they traverse or dissolve the colors stamped with delicate oils. The time of dried depends on the equipment that is used, in step dryers: 30-60 minutes to 20-22ºC; in grid dryers: 2-4 hours according ventilation. Both the liquid covercoats and the thixotropic one can be prepared colorless or with different colors. This organic added coloration allows a better control of the process of print. The thixotropic covercoats are used when the maximum performance is looked for.

SCREEN-PRINTING OILS:
(AS-30, AS-20, AS-36T, AS-40, AS-43T, H-74, H-184, ...)

A range of solvent based vehicles for producing screen-printed water slide decals for application onto earthenware, ceramic tiles, china, porcelain, glass and vitreous enamels substrates. Characterized by viscosity, drying speed, dispersing power, all the products offer excellent burn out properties over both conventional and faster firing cycles. They are oils that produce pastes of viscosity and thixotropy happens (if they are fluid) or discharge (if they are tixotrópicos). Once the application dries its hardness/adherence is excellent and simultaneously is flexible. Specially indicated in sharp-pointed drawings and/or thick(bulky) plot. The drying time depends on the equipment that is used, in step dryers at 20-22ºC between 20 to 45 minutes; in dryers with heat without any problem.
