Very good dispersion
These are vehicles in solvent base, called screen-printing oils, have excellent properties of dispersion of the color, definition of the image, adherence in crude, etc. Within the range AS we distinguish among liquid vehicles and thixotropic ones. Both contain dispersing additives that compensate the superficial charge and offset the adhesive forces between the particles, de-flocculating the powder in order to obtain pastes with excellent printing qualities. The constant viscosity of the pastes that we obtain with these vehicles allows us print designs with high accuracy of details, supporting besides the tonality during a long period of work.
The utensils of work are easily cleaned with our product VISOL-200.

MS RANGE:
The hydrophilic vehicles of the range MS, were developed for the direct printing of colors looking for the quality of printing of the traditional oils, but eliminating its disadvantages: harmful solvents and of badly smell, also of the need of harmful and highly inflammable cleaners in the cleanliness of the screens, etc.
These vehicles produce thixotropic pastes of good quality of printing and definition. Besides, the thixotropy avoids the sedimentation in long storage times and allows produce dot images of high resolution (sharp-pointed drawings). They possess very good adherence in crude and do not present problems of burning. It is a product of the little smell, its solvents are not toxic, rather ecological and fitted to avoid the typical problems of drying on the screen. Always with the advantage of cleaning with water.
Same qualities that the vehicles already mentioned, but with very rapid drying, and with the advantage of be cleaned with water. These vehicles can be applied with different mechanisms:
These are vehicles for screen-printing, soluble in water, specially developed for the application of whites with screen of low number of threads to obtain reliefs. They produce pastes of good quality of printing, with good adherence in crude and with good resistance to the cracking during the drying in the raw/green application. They are prepared to form pastes with high solid content obtaining a very good dispersion. The speed of drying allows realizing multiple applications without problems of plasters on the screen.
MR RANGE:
The function of these vehicles is to form pastes for the decoration of tiles by means of roller printers.
The range MR, possesses a relatively low viscosity, to facilitate this way, the roller printing. Like the vehicles of application by means of screen-printing, the vehicles for impression by means of rollers, possess a few indispensable properties, which are:
